O.B. MACARONI COMPANY SELLS TO JGR ENTERPRISES LLC

FORT WORTH, TEXAS (October 5, 2009) JGR Enterprises LLC, a privately held Texas based company, announces the purchase of O.B. Macaroni Company, a Fort Worth pasta manufacturing company. The company has a rich history of family tradition and quality products that started with the Laneri Family in 1899 and has been in continuous operation since.

“We are excited about this acquisition and the potential to provide quality products and service to our existing customers throughout Texas and expansion throughout the Southwest and Southern U.S.,” stated Jenni Ratliff, President and CEO of JGR Enterprises LLC.
