Returns and Refunds

OB guarantees our products.  If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, you may return the unused product with in 30 days for a refund of your purchase price and original shipping cost.  Any product damaged during shipping should be reported to UPS for settlement.  To obtain a return authorization, please call 817-335-4629, ext.107.
